How does click & collect work?

  1. Shop online and select the click and collect delivery method when you check out.
  2. Select a store for collection that is closest to you.
  3. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order details and the Miladys store selected for collection. 
  4. You will receive email and SMS to confirm that your order is ready for collection at your selected store.
  5. Your order confirmation email needs to be presented when collecting your order.
  • Please do not arrive in store to collect your order until you have received your confirmation Email/SMS as it may not be ready for collection.
  • Email/SMS sent to email address and contact number provided by customer, if the contact details incorrect, Miladys not held accountable if Email/SMS not received.

Click and collect courier fee is R10

 

Which stores offer the click & collect service?

The click & collect service is available at all Miladys stores.

When can I collect my order?

Click & Collect orders are usually available within 5-7 working days for collection at your chosen Miladys store. You will receive an Email/SMS when your order is ready for collection in-store.

 

How will you communicate with me?

We will provide you with timeous feedback throughout the order process via email. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive email and SMS.

 

What is the collection process?

  1. Only once you receive a “Ready for Collection” SMS and email notification you may proceed to your selected store to collect your order.
  2. Proceed to your collection store, make your way to the front till and present the ready for collection email and SMS notification to the store associate.
  3. Once satisfied and the order confirmed by you, the order will be repackaged in Miladys branded plastic bags. 

 

What could be possible delays for your Click and Collect order?

  1. While we endeavour to ensure that all orders are processed and available for collection soon and time, this may not always be possible due to any unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Our Customer Care Service will contact you at the earliest possible moment to advise you of any delay.
  3. You will have the option to continue with the order or cancel the order for a full refund in line with our refund policy.

 

What are the exchanges and returns policy for Click and Collect?

  1. Returns policy applies.
  2. The return much take place within 30 days of purchase of the products.
  3. You must have an original online receipt.
  4. The product must be assessed to determine if the item is a supplier fault and not damaged through misuse or negligence if you are returning related to this.
  5. Should the product be found to be damaged due to misuse or negligence, a refund/exchange will not be given. 
  6. If you seek a refund / exchange with no fault or damage to the item, you may exchange the item for a similar item of the same value. 
  7. When the product being exchanged is not due to defect/supplier fault, the product(s) must be sealed in its original packaging, unused and not damaged (It must be in a re-sellable condition). 
  8. Due to quality and hygienic risks, panties, hosiery, hair wigs, hair care products and earrings may not be exchanged or refunded. Swimwear will not be returned or exchanged if the protective label has been removed.

 

Can I cancel my Click and Collect order?

  1. Returns policy applies.
  2. Please note, any cancellation result in the shipping of R10 being non-refundable.
  3. You may cancel your order at any time prior to receipt at of the order. 
  4. Please call Customer Care services ([email protected]) with an email stating that you want to cancel your order, and we will refund you in the way payment was received online.

 

If you do not collect your order, how long will we keep your order before we cancel and refund you?

  • Once you receive an SMS/email stating that your Order is “Ready for Collection”, your Order will be kept at the designated Click & Collect collection point for a period of 30 (Thirty) working days from the date of issue of the “Ready for Collection” SMS/email. 
  • We reserve the right, unless authorised otherwise by  Customer Care services, to cancel any Order(s) not collected with a period of 30 (Thirty) working days from date of “Ready for Collection” SMS/email. Refund to be processed via payment method used for transaction

 

What if I no longer want the item(s) after collecting it?

  1. Returns policy applies.
  2. You will need to take the order back to the store you collected it from.
  3. Store manager to examine the item(s) and offer refund or exchange based on the outcome.
  4. Refund can only be processed once item(s) been examined by store manager.
  5. Miladys not accountable for arranging a collect for the item(s).
  6. If collect is arranged by Miladys, please note that the courier fee to be deducted from the refund amount.
  7. Refund can only be processed once item(s) been examined by store manager.
